Realicé la compra de un smartphone. Al abrir el paquete, comprobé que la pantalla del mismo venía rota… Me puse en contacto con la empresa a través de 4 direcciones de email diferentes hasta que por fin me contestaron… me dijeron que les hiciera llegar el terminal y me enviarían uno en perfectas condiciones… ya he realizado el envío a la dirección que me indicaron (he tenido que asumir yo el coste de ese envío, cosa que no veo correcta puesto que el problema del terminal no ha sido por mi culpa) y estoy a la espera de que me confirmen que ha llegado y me envíen uno nuevo…
Por el momento, no estoy contento con la experiencia que estoy teniendo… el terminal llegó roto, tardan en responder, he tenido que pagar el coste de la devolución y sigo esperando… en caso de que finalmente todo se solucione y resuelvan todos los inconvenientes, actualizaré esta opinión haciendo saber que todo terminó bien… por el momento sigo esperando…
